Hello! Thank you so much for stopping by! My name is Millisa and I am so excited for the opportunity to work with you! I am a Las Vegas native & a lover of all things art & tattoo - I have been getting inked for years (my bff is a tattoo artist!) I am a former nail artist & I am around artists all of the time. I have love for all arts and music! One thing I have learned about the tattoo industry; typically the last thing an artist wants to attend to is the mundane business emails, back & forth messages, scheduling, etc. Think of doing that, after a long day of tattooing!

This is where the beauty of ink and business meet. Maybe I can’t tattoo, but I certainly do have a passion for the tattoo community. I also have a love for keeping things very neat & organized, as well as meeting each client with warmth, sincerity & respect. Getting a tattoo is a special and personal experience, and in this tech saturated world, a lack of personal connection can be intimidating for such an experience. > INKSISTANCE specializes in assisting tattoo artists with emails, bookings, schedules, consultations, Q and A, deposits, and keeping a quick, easy access calendar with all of the information you need for each and every client.

> INKSISTANCE offers an all inclusive assistant package, exclusively for tattoo artists. This service is meant to take the clerical business aspect off of your mind so you can focus on what you truly love...the art! For $100 weekly ($400/month) the services will include:

  • Frequent daily viewing of your business email to make sure all potential and current clients received a prompt and thorough reply. All clients are treated professionally and kindly, ensuring your name and brand are kept well.

  • Answering any correspondence with clients- provide/ answer requested information.

  • Sending out your personal information packet to all potential clients for full transparency on your policy. (I can prepare a client information link, if needed.)

  • Scheduling your tattoo appointments, reschedules, cancellations.

  • Scheduling your virtual or in-person consultations.

  • Sending booking confirmations once deposits are received.

  • Sending appointment reminders to every client for tattoo sessions and for scheduled consultations. This cuts down on no-shows or mix ups.

  • Maintaining a client waitlist/ cancellation list.

  • MUCH MORE!

THE PROCESS: > I will have a virtual or in-person consultation with you to discuss your specific vision & how you currently handle submissions & bookings. I will be able to talk through the tried & true process my artists have used for a few years now! I will be able to answer any questions you may have in this consultation. If we do decide to partner, please allow a 2-4 weeks (learning curve) to asses how you will want all of your correspondence handled. I will need to contact you personally for some direction when a new inquiry or situation arises. This is for a short window of time until we find our rhythm. I learn the needs of each artist I am assisting, so I may fully represent them in the utmost way- I will always strive to be a friendly & professional face to your business.

> To streamline my work and to be most efficient, we will need to use Google calendar together. I love this system and it has been tried and true to my current artists for over three and a half years! I am able to color code specific events in your calendar (ex: tattoo sessions can be blue; consults can be yellow) and I am able to add all the information you need for each client, right in their appointment time slot. You will be able to access the full calendar and add notes to the client's appointment time slot as well. We can have a quick review if you’re not familiar with Google calendar.

My methods are efficient, quick, professional and friendly. Whether you want all clients booked, or you want a wait list & cancellation list maintained... From emails to deposits…All of the back & forth messages…We will cater to meet your specific needs and desires regarding these issues.
